Aspectos antagônicos entre violência e pobreza

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to show, through a methodological bibliographical analysis, the forms of violence, its (false) relation with poverty and its impact on society. The first specific objective is the theoretical discussion of the culture of violence and its unfolding, evidencing the forms of expression of violence and its massification in the media that makes it something everyday in people's lives, a paradox between the restlessness of insecurity (which fosters the use of weapons, for example) and normality or "peaceful" coexistence with crime printed in newspapers, blogs or television programs, all of this, corroborating to the cultural formation of the present day. Once the basic notions have been overcome, the second part of the study will show the influence of the dominant power for the construction of legitimate violence by the State, as public policies conform to the crime rate and violent sociability. The last objective is the analysis of the paradox of the association of crime with poverty. The purpose of the research is to demonstrate the sociological context of the origin of violence, as the ruling class attempts to camouflage their acts and put the blame on the poorest. Os desdobramentos da subordinação trabalhista e seu impacto no Brasil

Abstract: A survey wasdeveloped to demonstrate the types of subordination and its impact on labor relations in Brazil. Through a systematic theoretical review, the study of analysis as was the process of evolution of labor law in the world until the contemporary. Submission is sometimes unpleasant, so the scientific debate on the topic is relevant, or justifies its production. Therefore, ask: Why are employment relationships avoided in the international context? To answer a question, execute a bibliographic method, an investigation will take two approaches, the first or subordination history and the second study of this impact in Brazil. A logospirataria como fator de insegurança pública

Brazil has never invested so much in Public Security as in 2019, there were a huge 95 billion reais in the sector. However, the crime statistics, in the year 2020, showed a rise in homicides. Amid the antagonism of increased resources versus the escalation of violence, Logospiracy is introduced, which in its strict sense is the phenomenon of violation of the normative system; already in a broad sense, it is the destruction of cultures; it is the destruction of peoples and the usurpation of knowledge. The question then arises: How does Logospiracy work as a factor of public insecurity? It does so through corruption, disinformation, the withdrawal of fundamental rights from the population. It is explained, the anti-logos takes advantage of the chaos to implant its selfish goals; to this end, it misrepresents information through Fake News and steals public coffers, in such a way that it expands fear and leaves the population vulnerable to its ideas, minimizing the people's labor rights and individual freedoms. In this way, it benefits entrepreneurs, increases inequalities and leverages violence. To clarify the theme, the research will use exploratory methodological support with journalistic and bibliographic support. The work will be divided into three parts, the first being aimed at deepening the main concepts that guide the theme, the second to address disinformation and the third will present Logospitaria as a factor of public insecurity and the intervention suggested by the author to alleviate the problem.
Natureza jurídica do vínculo entre os motoristas e a empresa Uber: trabalho autônomo ou relação de emprego?

The application Uber is a startup known worldwide. It was designed by two friends entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, who were in Paris, seeking new alternatives to invest, when they remembered how difficult it was to call a taxi in San Francisco. From there, they thought in designing an application that would simplify the call of a means of transport. Considering that the company has not officially presented its social object as "individual transportation of passengers", but as "intermediary between driver and user", prices were reduced. Therefore, in all the towns where it first began its transmission, had to face, on the part of taxi drivers, protests and judicial voltages with respect to the areas of free competition. The absence of voluntary recognition of the link relationship is another factor that contributes to the practice of lower prices in comparison with the pre-existing market because the company says that it is only an application, and its workers (drivers) are only collaborators, denying the subordination with these. It emphasizes the divergence of jurisprudence in the context of the paternal law with regard to the legal nature of the relationship in question. The present research is justified because of the need for the Legal Science Monitor, understand and deal with the changing relations in their midst, occasioned by the emergence of new technologies and production methods that have changed the concept of subordination in the whole world. Finally, it should be emphasized that the main characteristics of the application form with which some countries, such as England, acknowledge the bond due diligence in its territory.
As novas tecnologias de subordinação e o Direito do trabalho automatizado

Abstract: The research will be based on new subordination technologies and automated labor law. The relevance of the work is based on the disclosure of new forms of work to the academic field. Labor law has been changing over the years and with each new form of subordination a new employment relationship is born. The general objective is to analyze all the new telematic labor forms of work, analyzing some applications. Among startups, Uber stands out in the number of users.
