Item A capacitação continuada como fator de desenvolvimento, atualização e assimilação de competências dos policiais militares do comando de policiamento metropolitano(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-01-17) Botelho, Alisson; Maduro, Márcia RibeiroOrganizations are inserted in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment; therefore, it has been observed that the institutions that stand out are those who recognize their weaknesses and strengths, acting proactively to improve them. In this sense, the consensus of the scholars of the administration that the great difference for range improvement is the optimization of human capital; in people management with a focus on individual skills. The objective of this study was examine how ongoing training processes can contribute to improvement of individual skills of the military police of Policing Metropolitan Command (CPM) and their daily practices, of the risks that the profession requires them, in a responsible and ethical manner, conscious of their duty to promote social order, human rights and democracy. For this we used quantitative and descriptive methods, in conducting research and literature documents, case study. At the end of the work, one can detect the latent weakness related to the knowledge and ability of the military police who are the first policing mesh CPM, the main issues governing the profession, namely: technical and operational procedures, laws and interpersonal relationships, supported by the inertia of the institution to invest in training processes aimed at this audience. It is concluded with the present study, the implementation of continuing training for permanent programs will have a strong impact on the technical and professional promotion of these military police and efficiency of the services they provide.Item Editais emergenciais à cultura amazonense: estudo comparativo das edições do prêmio “equipa cultura”(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-05-25) Figueiredo, Madalena Magalhães; Maduro, Márcia RibeiroThe granting of the “Aldir Blanc” Law for Culture’s Emergency Assistance obliged many public agencies for culture throughout the country to carry out the due legal requirements established by the law. In Amazonas, the State Bureau for Culture produced, among other devices, the “Prêmio Equipa Cultura”, an awarding tender aiming to acquire goods needed for cultural production, launched in two editions. Thus, the current research sought to carry out a comparative study between those editions, to chart out potential improvements. For this purpose, this study pursued to know the theoretical meanings of public policies and cultural policies, through literature review, and to demonstrate the adjustments detected after documentary analysis. As of the results perceived, there are transparency, celerity and more control achieved in the second edition, proving the hypothesis of this policy’s continuous improvement.Item A importância da Auditoria Contábil nos contratos firmados com o Poder Público(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-12-06) Brito, Pablo Vinícius Cortez; Maduro, Márcia Ribeiro; Lima, Orlem Pinheiro de; Lima, José Carlos da SilvaAccounting auditing in contracts signed with the public authorities plays a fundamental role regarding the quality of services or products aimed at society, considering that the purpose of these bidding contracts is the delegation of public services. For this reason, this research aims to demonstrate the procedures for the contract as well as the procedure for their inspection and the positive impact that the inspection generates on society. The research is characterized as qualitative explanatory, as it tends to bring together theory, works and articles that address the subject of bidding processes and public procurement audits and the practice of all these procedures. A society in which the bidding processes are respected, following the rules of Law No. 8.666 / 93 and the post-contractual supervision is effective, can be seen a better use of public resources, as well as the accountability of those who use these procedures to commit wrongdoing.Item A influência da Liderança no desenvolvimento de equipes do setor bancário(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-12-06) Araújo, Agenor Tavares de; Maduro, Márcia Ribeiro; Lima, Orlem Pinheiro de; Lima, José Carlos da SilvaIn this article, the research will be limited only to companies in the banking sector in Brazil, as they work directly with the public and their employees have monthly goals. Considering the operational structure of the banks (branch distribution), a different scenario can be contemplated. They find teams of employees with different roles, individual goals, and those responsible for the performance of the same agency. The purpose of this paper is to understand how exercising leadership can affect banks' sales performance and how the relationship between goals / objectives, teams and banking leadership works. The work is a qualitative, bibliographical and descriptive research. It follows that there is the possibility of obtaining effective leadership in bank branches, when there is synergy between what the leader seeks, what the leader grants and the company needs. For this synergy to happen, it is up to the leader to decide which leadership style to apply in each situation.Item Renúncia Fiscal e a Responsabilidade Social das empresas incentivadas na Zona Franca de Manaus - AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-12-06) Belém, Anna Beatriz Araújo; Maduro, Márcia Ribeiro; Lima, Orlem Pinheiro de; Lima, José Carlos da SilvaTax incentives are offered and used by the government to stimulate specific activities for a specified period. In this development policy, it fails to collect part of certain taxes, so that this portion is intended for the promotion and continuity of social programs and projects. Thus, the general objective of this scientific research is to analyze the tax incentives associated with the social responsibilities of companies encouraged at the Manaus Industrial Pole. The methodology adopted to achieve its objectives, data obtained by bibliographic survey, is also a qualitative and descriptive research. It has been found that many citizens are unaware of the workings of tax incentives and the role of institutions in maintaining many social programs and projects. The system lacks an existing tool for verifying the attributions of responsibility of companies encouraged in the Amazon, as well as the on lending and applicability of resources in financing projects and programs for the population.Item Treinamento e desenvolvimento - T&D: estudo de caso em uma instituição de ensino superior estadual(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2021-08-06) Souza, Moyses Silva de; Maduro, Márcia RibeiroIn a volatile context, where changes occur in a frantic way, companies always seek to increase the productivity of their employees, in the public sector the needs are not opposed to the market, seeking to serve the public as effectively as possible. In this context, Human Resources – HR policies are essential for the satisfactory service to citizens. This article will address a case related to Training and Development – T&D in the planning area of a State Higher Education Institution. To this end, we sought to verify the T&D policies performed by the institution, in order to keep its administrative technical staff trained. Therefore, the research classified as descriptive-explanatory with a quantitative character, considering the universe that corresponded to 33 administrative technicians. The results showed a low level of adherence to the courses, there was a low development of administrative technicians due to the rigidity of the structure, which complies with specific laws that have not been revised for nearly 10 years, it was also observed some training needs and noted It should be noted that the impact of existing courses was low, not motivating technicians or adding new skills for the vast majority. In summary, it observed that the university is not meeting the demands, there is a great dependence on other bodies for training and there is a lack of strategic alignment with the top of the institution dedicated to training.
