Regarding the deaf, it can be seen that inclusive education has different meanings, because the discursive formation of the hearings who have promoted these policies of educational inclusion is in disagreement with the discursive formation of the brazilian deaf community. For the understanding of these discursive formations it was used, mainly, studies of researchers such as Capovilla (2006, 2012, 2016), Quadros and Karnopp (2004), Quadros (2004, 2006), Ferreira (2010), Strobel (2015) and others. As theorical-analytical referential, we adopted the French Discourse Analysis with theorists such as Pêcheux (2014), Mussalin (2001), Fuchs (1997), Orlandi (2013) and others. The corpus analyzed was consisted of legislation, documents, videos, interviews, posters and leaders’ speeches of the deaf movements. In the analysis, it was possible to notice that according to the proposals of the Ministry of Education, deaf students must study in regular schools, with the presence of translators/interpreters of Brazilian Sign Language and have the right to attend the Specialized Educational Attendance in the opposite shift of the class. Thus, the deaf can be inserted into the hearing society and avoid the formation of segregationist spaces. On the other hand, the brazilian deaf community require to have a specialized school where the sign language occupies the function of first language and the language oralized as second, in the written mode. In this context, educational inclusion provides a devaluation of the deaf culture and its linguistic identity. Thus, it is possible to notice that this discursive formations establish relations with different conceptions about the deafness. Thus, this work sought to contribute to the understanding of how the meaning effects of educational inclusion work in the discourses of inclusive policies and of the deaf community. Keywords: Discursive formation. Discourse. Educational inclusion. Deaf community. For the acceptance of the Deaf, the institution responsible for the school vehicle called Education had to restructure itself, and with this imprint a movement is formed involving school, methodologies and the legislative canon that currently guarantee the universal right to the Deaf, which is access and permanence in the school institution. Thus, this research aims to analyze the effects of meanings on educational inclusion for Deaf people within a common school in the northern part of the city of Manaus. For this, a historical contextualization of educational approaches for the deaf will be carried out; characterization of current educational policies for the deaf, as well as their impact on the education of these students; as well as the study, from the perspective of French-line discourse analysis, of the discourses on educational inclusion for the deaf in the regular education system. This is a qualitative research, the corpus is constituted by the speeches produced by deaf students and non-deaf high school teachers from a common school in the north of Manaus. For data collection, conversation circles were made with deaf students from each year of high school and a conversation circle with the teachers of these students. The analytical theory of this work is based on the French Discourse Analysis. Studies by authors on deaf education and sign language such as Quadros (2006), Strobel (2008) and Lodi (2016) were also used, as well as legislation that addresses education for the deaf. Studies by authors on Discourse Analysis such as Pêcheux (1997), Fuchs and Pêcheux (2010) and Orlandi (2013) were also used. The results demonstrate that in the same school space different discursive formations (DF's) circulate on the inclusion of deaf students and that these DF's are the result of ideological formations that challenge each subject.Item Narrativas surdas manauaras sobre o atendimento à saúde : um olhar discursivo crítico(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2024-07-29) Nayandra Costa Marques; Santos, Marcos Roberto dos; Santos, Marcos Roberto dos; Torrente, Gisele; Vale, Jackson da SilvaThe barrier in communication is a difficulty in health care of the deaf, because his first language is Libras. Thus, this research aims to analyze narratives about the care of the deaf in the SUS (Unified Health System) in the light of Critical Discourse Analysis (ADC). For this, we used the studies of Strobel (2008, 2009, 2013), Santos (2017), on deaf culture, Clandinin and Connelly (2011) on narratives and Fairclough (2001), Resende and Ramalho (2006), on ADC, among others. This is a qualitative research, conducted through semi-structured narrative interviews, assisted by Libras interpreters, video recording and based on the ADC of Fairclough (2001). The participants were deaf associated with the Association of the Deaf of Manaus (ASMAN) who use the SUS. The data indicate that participants encounter significant barriers in communication during the service, with a majority indicating a lack of professionals fluent in Libras and interpreters. Thus, social health practices are predominantly based on the oral-auditory language. Thus, the narratives highlight the need to improve linguistic accessibility and communication between health professionals and deaf patients in the SUS, aiming at qualified care
