TCC- Artigo (Graduação em Licenciatura em Letras) - Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, Parintins.https://ri.uea.edu.br/handle/riuea/738This article aims to verify how the Portuguese language was worked with academics deaf people at the Center for Higher Studies in Parintins before and during the pandemic, considering that they are in the process of teacher training and will be working as teachers in the future. This goal makes us look for specific information within the service offered by the university through professional interpreters, tutors and actions of the Accessibility Center, considering the period before the pandemic and the current moment that we experienced and the classes that were held in a hybrid way. A priori we know that the university has the fundamental role of contributing to teacher training and that at the Center for Higher Studies in Parintins CESP/UEA, we have a significant number of deaf graduates in the various courses, we also highlight the academics who are in the degree course in Letters who need a deeper knowledge about the Portuguese language, due to the PPC itself and the curricular matrix of the course. Thus, we seek to substantiate theoretically bringing references through authors such as GADOTTI (1999), MONTEIRO (2010). That we based on his work that man is an unfinished being. We can understand that we human beings are always looking to learn and develop ourselves more and more and the new technological mechanism serves as a thread driver in the educational development of special people. While the Methodological procedure is research qualitative, which explains the dialectic as a method, in which it dialogues with the reality of this inclusive act.
