Considering the operational structure of the banks (branch distribution), a different scenario can be contemplated. They find teams of employees with different roles, individual goals, and those responsible for the performance of the same agency. The purpose of this paper is to understand how exercising leadership can affect banks' sales performance and how the relationship between goals / objectives, teams and banking leadership works. The work is a qualitative, bibliographical and descriptive research. It follows that there is the possibility of obtaining effective leadership in bank branches, when there is synergy between what the leader seeks, what the leader grants and the company needs. For this synergy to happen, it is up to the leader to decide which leadership style to apply in each situation.Acesso AbertoAtribuição-NãoComercial-SemDerivados 3.0 Brasilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/LiderançaLeadershipAgências BancáriasBank BranchesEquipesTeamsA influência da Liderança no desenvolvimento de equipes do setor bancárioThe influence of Leadership in the development of banking sector teamsTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
