Method: This is an Integrative Literature Review (ILR), developed in six phases. A bibliographic survey was carried out in three databases, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, from 2006 to 2023, in which 22 articles were included. The PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) flowchart was used to detail the search and article selection processes. Results: The following factors were identified: Fear, shame or mistrust on the part of the victims; Influence of the support network; Professional unpreparedness for care; Lack of resources and adequate physical structure; among others. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the factors related to the functioning of the care network and the critical path of women victims of violence are intrinsically connected to the women victims of violence, the professionals in the care network and the resources and structures of the services. These factors are interconnected and can hinder or motivate women victims of violence to take the critical routeAcesso AbertoMulherRede intersetorialViolência por parceiro íntimoViolência conjugalMarital violenceFatores relacionados ao funcionamento da rede de atendimento à violência por parceiro íntimo: uma revisão de literaturaFactors related to the functioning of the intimate partner violence care network: a literature reviewTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
