For so much, experimental activities were accomplished on concepts of Botany, looking for to evaluate the students' learning during the development of such activities. The research was accomplished at the state school Brandão of Amorim tends as subjects 26 students of the 3° year 2 of the medium teaching. The methodology had qualitative approach and the instruments for data collection were bibliographical revision and field research. He/she took place class practices about the theme "vegetable Cell" and questionnaire application to the students. This way, it was possible to analyze the influence of the experimental activities in the teaching process and learning in botany with students of the Medium Teaching, allowing to assert the relevance of the development of those activities in the school educational process.
