The results of the investigation made evident the need to establish partnerships with the health surveillance agencies so that together they can set goals and conduct training of food handlers of the schools investigated, following the legal guidelines provided for in the Resolutions and Ordinances of the Ministry of Health, with booklets and food guidance guide.
