In several studies, noni has been described as a fruit capable of curing different types of diseases. And due to the high number of cultivation of this plant in several backyards of the residents of the municipality, there was the curiosity to do a research on the consumption and the way of preparation of the plant or the fruit of the noni and to know for what purpose these fruits were and are consumed. . This work was developed with a semi-structured questionnaire containing nine questions, where there were objective and subjective questions to be answered. Respondents were randomly chosen from different neighborhoods in the Municipality of São Gabriel da Cachoeira - AM. As the main results of the research, several results were already expected in terms of curing diseases and how Noni is prepared to be consumed both for medicinal and nutritional purposes.
