This work aimed to investigate the contribution of a didactic sequence as a pedagogical strategy for meaningful learning of concepts of the morphology of bryophytes by students of the 3rd year of High School. The research was carried out at the Dom Gino Malvestio State School, located in the municipality of Parintins-Am. The methodology of the research was qualitative and the instruments for data collection were bibliographic review and field research.
