This isa qualitative research conducted with two leading artists and a welder. The overall objective of the research is to understand how the construction of allegories festival bois-bumba can become a context for teaching mathematical content in basic education. For the construction of the data, we used direct observation, semi-structured interviews, photographic records and document analysis.
