The research began with a literature on the subject, trying to find theoretical and epistemology that underpin and justify the proposal. The research methodology of the analysis of a diagnosis that identified the way educationexperiment that was being developed in school, then was held educational workshops, where he was (re)developed the manual on the contributions of teachers involved. The proposal is based on a teaching experimental cycles investigative learning, valuing a coherent view of science, and focusin on significant acquisition of thermal concepts. Besides these aspects, the logical approach was carefully, starting from one of the pillars of thermodynamics Subsumption in the design, which is the Kinetic Model-Molecular, taking the role of facilitator in demystification of thermal phenomena. And, valuing interpersonal concepts of Vygotsky, the manual was structured: (1) illuminating thematic units the methodological concepts involved, (2) representation Schematic of the methodology and its legends, (3) statements of Kinetic-Molecular Model, (4) statements probing the nature of matter, and (5) investigative statements of thermal expansion exploring the basics of thermology.
