Item Agricultura familiar e a ocupação do solo de terra preta em sítios arqueológicos na rodovia Am - 070 no trecho entre Iranduba e Manacapuru – Am(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-01-16) Girão, Francisco Everardo; Martins, Ronisley da Silva; Azevedo Filho, João D’Anuzio Menezes deThis article highlights the relationship between archeology, family agriculture and Anthropogenic Dark Earth in the area covered by the Intervening Diagnostic Project Subsurface Prospecting Program in the Area of Direct Influence on the Duplication of the Highway AM 070 in the municipalities of Iranduba and Manacapuru, in Amazonas. For this, a bibliographical survey was carried out, a survey of existing archaeological sites by means of a deductive method of exploratory nature and field systematization, and the archaeological sites of relevant material culture value and rural production were identified and prospected, establishing a grid of survey points with opening of stratigraphic units and GPS point records, as well as technical notes written on appropriate records and photographic records of the research stages. The relation between the use and occupation of the archeological sites Granja do Brito and Anthropogenic Dark Earth in the production of the geographical space for the familiar agriculture demonstrated tradition in the planting of different cultures throughout the successive years until the present day. Family farming has been occurring since remote times in areas with the presence of Anthropogenic Dark Earth, which served as a means of survival and form of production for marketing in markets and fairs of the region. However, the buildings on the AM-070 highway in the mid-1970s and nowadays with its duplication, it has been emphasized the importance of the preservation of the local archaeological heritage through the diagnostic and archaeological rescue projects foreseen and carried out in the mentioned area. In which stands out for the importance of ordering and regulation the Water Resources Plan at the national level and the State Water Resources Plan at the state levels. In the State of Amazonas, after the reformulation of Law No. 2,712 / 2001 through Law No. 3,167 / 2007, the State Water Resources Plan (PERH / AM) is implemented. With an agreement signed between the Ministry of the Environment / National Environment Fund and the State Secretariat for the Environment (SEMA) that enabled the entire process of building the plan. In the consolidation of the plan, 06 goals and 15 programs were drawn up to achieve the objectives and guidelines determined in PERH relevant to the development of management, as well as for the implementation of other instruments and the introduction of public policies to strengthen the management of water resources. The goals and programs were elaborated through the procedures foreseen in the reference term of the project of construction of the plan, when 04 reports were built with the purpose of being discussed in workshops that were carried out in the cities that represented the 09 Hydrographic Regions. The objective of the research is to analyze the possibility of executing the programs and goals approved in the consolidation of PERH / AM. To arrive at the results, the SWOT analysis method was used, where the internal and external environments were identified, the positive and negative factors and the elements designated as: strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats capable of recognizing the effectiveness of each program. A table was built to recognize the degree of possibility of executing each program, tracing the following parameters and measurement values 1 - low; 2 - medium; 3 - high. These values identified the difficulties of implementation according to the peculiarities of each program established in the programmatic components described in the plan's conclusion report. These results provided an opportunity for the nature of the applied research that generated a “Technical Note” with detailed information on the feasibility of each program, its main problems for execution and eventual adjustments for better performance. This note will be presented to SEMA and other institutions involved in the management of water resources, with the purpose of providing subsidies for actions that will strengthen water management. For, the state grows with the implementation of PERH / AM in actions, projects and programs aimed at multiple uses of water, protection, conservation and recovery of water environments. It also seeks to recover the feeling of belonging to the community people of Laguinho and Valeria area through archaeological awareness and conservation actions, using the techniques of lectures and workshops in local public schools in order to show the value of the identity of the place by means of evidence of material culture by ceramic fragments and lithic outcropping found on the surface of the area occupied by the community, and enable the formation of multipliers and supporters of this there existing assets. In order to reach this objective, direct observations of the phenomenon on the city border were made, trying to comprehend the process that causes lateral erosion. This is only possible with a vast knowledge from the study of literature on the subject. The use of photographic images, measurements and bathymetry on the river bottom helped in this understanding. The results indicate that, in the river slope of the Santa Clara district imminence, the factors that cause the phenomenon of fallen lands are equivalent to those indicated in the literature on the subject, such as hydraulic pressure, base disaggregation and elements of the climate (rain, wind and temperature). The environmental impacts resulting from this are characterized by the collapse of the access road to the place, of trees and even walls, as well as the change in the natural landscape. It is concluded that the natural elements that act in the production of the phenomenon represent the main factors that lead to the collapse in the place of study, associated with the anthropic action and the lack of public investment to minimize the damages caused to the urbanized area and to the people who live or work there. Keywords: Erosion; Amazonia; Riverpeople; Fallen lands.
