The present study has the objective of analyzing the reports of experience present in the reports of Supervised stage I (final series of Elementary School) of the students of the first class of Biological Sciences of Federal University of Amapá - UNIFAP - Campus Oiapoque. We analyzed 17 reports from a period of observation and regency equivalent to 100 hours of a total of 210 hours. The internship took place in two of the four schools that offer the Elementary School modality in the morning, afternoon and evening hours. Academics were in the seventh semester of a total of eight required to complete the course. The experiences and practices observed by the students were recorded in field journals so that at the end of the period they could serve as a basis for the formulation of the reports. In order to use only the written material (reports), this study had a documentary character and for the inference the Bardin content analysis method was used. After the analysis of the units, it was identified in the text the recognition of academics as important in the process of training teachers of Science and Biology. It is also considered that the experiences coming from the Supervised Internship I are configured as a source of research and reflection that can be used to improve the didactic-methodological processes that constitute the undergraduate courses in Biological Sciences.
