Item Turismo e tecnologias digitais: uma análise da importância dos blogs na divulgação do Amazonas como destino turístico(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-19) Oliveira, Emilly Tavares de; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Schmidt, SteffanieThe digital world is increasingly present in the life of our society, for this reason, this influences more and more the decisions of our day-to-day and others as a trip. Today the most publicized thing on social media is the experience. The tourism is more present in social networks like Instagram and Facebook, which are favorites in the decisions of the tourist destination. But, the Blogs, and old virtual communication tool, that are frequently used for sharing experiences related to Tourism. Written by people who travel and share content about a particular tourist destination in the form of texts and photos; and with the improvement of digital media, many bloggers are engaged in this activity. In this context, this research has as general objective to identify the places and itineraries publicized by the blogs for tourist visitation in Amazonas. And the specific objectives are: i) relate the blogs associated with the Associação Brasileira de Blogs de Viagem - ABBV and Rede Brasileira de Blogs de Viagem - RBBV that publicized the destination Amazonas; ii) quantify the cities publicized; and iii) analyze on a temporal scale the number of posts about Amazonas. The blog literature that underlies the research is based on Schittini (2002); Barbosa and Granado (2004); and Bausch, Haughey, Hourihan (2002); Vignati (2008) with the definition of tourism and Ignarra (2003) presenting the concept of tourism segment. It was adopted as a methodology the data collection with descriptive and quantitative analysis. With this study, we seek to emphasize tourism and to associate its promotion with digital technologies, given the impact they cause in the present day for all segments and user profiles. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was made on sixty-four travel blogs which have promoted the Amazonas as a tourist destination in the last 10 years. Therefore, the research results indicate that the blogs whose are associated with this platforms, trough information and reports presented, contributed to the identification of places and tourist itineraries of Amazonas, but, mainly, to need to include these means of communication in the strategic planning of the Tourism Superstructure.
