Fatores determinantes para as práticas sexuais precoce na adolescência: uma revisão integrativa

This study aimed to know the determining factors for the development of early sexual practices in adolescence, emphasizing the singularities of adolescents who initiate their sexual life early, and thus contribute to the quality of health care of this public. It is an integrative review that has selected publications of the last 10 years in the indexed journals (Bdenf, Scielo, Lilacs and Pubmed), which involved field research and addressed the determinants of the occurrence of sexual practice in adolescence. Of the total of 239,972 articles were selected only 6 for analysis. In the selected articles, factors associated with early initiation of adolescent sexual intercourse were identified, among which were: being male; being in a situation of low economic level; having parents with low schooling and / or being absent from the educational system; be inserted in a family environment whose parents do not have a stable union; and be associated with health risk behaviors.
