Item O uso dos jogos de improvisação como recurso para ressignificação dos processos criativos do bailarino(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-03-25) Rocha, Iamyli Cristina Silveira da; Passos, Yara dos Santos Costa; Passos, Yara dos Santos Costa; Pinto, Amanda da Silva; Souza, Baldoino Leite deNot every good dancer is a good improviser, there is a great difficulty in understanding the peculiarities of improvisation as a resource and a tool for this body that dances to understand its authentic way of moving. Dance technique enables the strengthening of the dancer's body, but it is not an end, but one of the ways to prepare the body to dance. However, we can say that the art of dancing lies in the re-signification of the common gesture, and this can happen through different ways. Therefore, in this research we defined improvisation games as a cutout. The objective is to investigate the developments of improvisation and how this language is organized within the creative process in dance, as a form of communication between the dancer and himself, to provoke the body to deconstruct itself. As main references we adopted the studies of Consciousness/Body Exploration by Klauss Vianna (2005). And the guidelines of theatrical games proposed by Spolin (2001, 2005). Action research was used as a beacon of methodological procedures. Based on the research results, we can conclude that improvisation games are a valuable resource for redefining the dancer's creative processes. By combining Klauss Vianna's body awareness approaches and Viola Spolin's theatrical games, the dancers participating in the research were able to explore new forms of movement and expand their creative repertoire.
