Item Enclave de vegetação aberta em areia branca na região do Zé Açu Parintins-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2021-11-28) Souza Neto, Raimundo Almeida de; Santos, Alem Silvia Marinho dos; Jacaúna, Carmen Lourdes Freitas dos Santos; Azevedo Filho, João D'Anúzio Menezes de; Santos, Álem Sílvia Marinho dosThis study aims to contribute information on the theme of open vegetation in the Amazon, in order to raise questions about their existence and conservation. The present work aims to present the particular characteristics of open vegetation in the Zé Açu region in the municipality of Parintins/AM, through Phytophysiognomic Landscape studies, seeking to know and understand the vegetative characters of the local flora. The research used the geosystem method (Geotpos and Geofacies), descriptive and comparative, thus having a systemic view of the landscape, for better use of the data, then they were compared with the literature on cerrado at a general level and delimiting to the Amazon. thus characterize its physiognomy. In this way, the methodological procedures will contribute to the understanding of the patterns and processes of the open vegetation enclave in white sand, being defined in Bibliographic Research, in the understanding of concepts and definitions about the cerrado, Field Research that provided a direct link with the researcher and the object researched thus providing an analysis of the characteristics of vegetation individuals distributed throughout the area and being able to identify the factor that conditions this type of vegetation. The procedures contributed significantly to the framing of the Phytophysiognomic type of the landscape, which we attribute as a Cerrado Sentido Restricted vegetation and later placed in its Cerrado Ralo subtype. However, the study area is suffering many disturbances in its environment due to numerous anthropic impacts, it is worth here in this work a reflection to minimize the degradation of this landscape in order to help in its maintenance and conservation, so that future generations can enjoy its exuberances.
