Information technology is very present in labor relations. Because of this, it is common for service providers to avail themselves of the most diverse technological tools, such as corporate mobiles, e-mails and WhatsApp's groups to communicate with their employees, such communication is aimed at a faster and independent communication of the place where the worker is . In this context, the purpose of this article is to consider the reflexes of the connection in labor relations by means of information technology in the face of questions of oversight, right to leisure and rest. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, theoretical researches were carried out with emphasis on references of works related to telepresence, the working environment and the legislation in forceand corresponding to these subjects. Telepression is a recent term in the field of labor that concerns the phenomenon of superconnection, that is, the need to be always aware of the information. This need has hit workers, who are always connected to the most diverse means of communication in order to deal with work-related issues, most often with the boss himself and co-workers.
