The experimentation should be used in situations where visions of the work in Science are available for students, establishing a more scientific relationship with the world in which they live, as well as the use of three-dimensional didactic models are effective for visualization and realization of concepts of sciences to promote learning. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the pedagogical potential of three-dimensional models and experimentation on disclosure of the contents on the chemical sense of taste. The development of this research took place in the context of conducting a trial fair sponsored by the Pará State University (UEPA), and developed by graduates of Full Degree in Natural Sciences - Specialization in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry. The data collection was carried out by applying a questionnaire, and conducting an interview. It was found that the three-dimensional models facilitated explanation of the function of each part that make up the gustatory system, and the trial contributed to demonstrate how this sense influences the other senses.
