Item Programa Telediabetes para Profissionais da Atenção Primária do Interior do Amazonas: Produção e validação(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2021-07-13) Silva, Lucely Paiva Rodrigues da; Teixeira, Elizabeth TeixeiraObjective: Produce and validate the routine of video classes in the Telediabetes program for primary care professionals in the interior of Amazonas.Method: Methodological research with emphasis on content validation carried out in threestages: construction of the script with information that contributes to improving the assistance provided to people living with diabetes; content validation by health expert judges and appearance validation by a judge from another area; restructuring of the script and organization of the final version. The study was carried out nationwide, by digital means, reaching the five regions of the country.Results: In the construction stage, after surveying the evidence in the literature and respective generating themes, the script with six classes emerged. In the content validation stage, 19 judges participated: 18 from the health area (Medicine, Psychology, Nursing) and 1 technical expert judge from the design area with experience in video lessons and telehealth. Data collection was done digitally and from the completion of two questionnaires. According to the validation of the technical judge, a SAM score of 25 was obtained. According to the health judges, a content validity index (CVI) of 0.89 was obtained. The validation took place in a single round. The suggestions received and accepted were classified into four aspects: modify, add, reinforce, revise. In the stage of restructuring the script, the final version was organized, with eight classes: class 1 – definition, pathophysiology, classification, epidemiology and diagnosis of DM2; class 2 – therapeutic adherence, treatment goals and lifestyle; class 3 –medications in the treatment of DM2; class 4 – insulin therapy; class 5 – insulin therapy and diabetes education; class 6 – chronic complications DM2; class 7 –neuropathy and diabetic foot; class 8 – diabetes gestational mellitus. Conclusion: The evidence-based production proved to be valid for the identification of relevant generating themes. The script for the video class program was considered valid and appropriate by the specialist judges for continuing education in diabetes of primary care professionals in the interior of Amazonas, and the suggestions received contributed to the quality of the final version present
