Item A ciência reproducionista nos livros didáticos de biologia: um monólogo sobre a experimentação(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-01-02) Walczak, Aline Teresinha; Mattos, Kélli Renata Corrêa de; Güllich, Roque Ismael da CostaIn the teaching of Biology Science the experimentation can be a didactic tool very important and valid, if it will be contextualized and articulated can generate significant knowledge in the process of teaching and learning. Besides taking notice the way the experiments were inserted in the textbooks, there is a necessity for the teacher know how to articulate the activities in the process of teaching, in an effort of being a reflexive and research teacher simultaneously. It is necessary for that, to know how to use the tools of the textbook in a dynamic and conscious way without detain just in the book purpose. Having in mind this perspective, we accomplished a research with 12 Biology textbooks from High School (LDBEM), being a kind of documental analysis. We identified and analyzed the way the experiments are presented in these didactic books, having as a result the observation of two different categories of experimentation. They have being classified as reproduction and investigative, that the first one enable the student to a mere receptor of knowledge and the second one enable them as a main articulator of the process of investigation and construction of knowledge. We also observed that the reproductive science is yet present in the textbooks used for biology teaching, causing many significant consequences in relation to teaching, as well as the views from science, being these present in everyday life.
