Mediações urbanas e sistemas territoriais: o caso da associação de moveleiros de Parintins (Am)

In this text, it was demonstrated the existence of the territorial system composed by a set of mediations (material and immaterial) that influences the formation of territories and territorialities from the city. In an analisis of The Furniture Manufacturer Association of Parintins (AMOPIN), it was questioned whether, from the formation of projects, organizational reformulations and greater interaction with several spheres of the city and its surroundings (political, economical, cultural and natural dimensions), the organized collective constitutes a new mediation for the production of territories and constitution of territoriality. As research results, it was demonstrated that the group is in current stagnation due to the low degree of internal cohesion and ability to recriate opening links with external systems, but denoting a great capacity of resource mobilization that, even in the the absence of innovation ambience, led to the current division of labor.
