Monitoramento e avaliação da merenda nas escolas municipais urbanas e rurais em Nhamundá- Am

This research aims to monitor and evaluate the snack offered within the National School Feeding Program to students from five schools developed by the Municipal Department of Education in the municipality of Nhamunda-Amazonas-Brazil, evidencing the physical characteristics of schools and food served to the school community.Check the hygienic conditions of the utensils used in food preparation and observe the application of the basics of hygiene and foodhandling.The methodology used is based on a qualitative approach and the methodological strategy of case study. The results of the investigation made evident the need to establish partnerships with the health surveillance agencies so that together they can set goals and conduct training of food handlers of the schools investigated, following the legal guidelines provided for in the Resolutions and Ordinances of the Ministry of Health, with booklets and food guidance guide. It is important that the school presents itself as a privileged space for health promotion, formation of values and healthy habits.

This work had as objective the accomplishment of the survey of the environmental liabilities generated during the activity of abstraction of superficial water showing the non-observance of criteria of environmental safety during the handling of fuel oil on the margins of a water body. In order to obtain the results, field research was used as a methodology through the qualitative approach of a descriptive and explanatory nature, where the ex-post-facto field procedure was applied. By proceeding to a visual inspection of the environmental safety requirements of thepump equipment used during the activities. Reconciling production processes with the proper management of natural resources has become the main competitive tool for acquiring new projects in the globalized world. For this, companies need to have a solid environmental management system so that they can satisfy customer expectations and comply with current legislation. It was observed that it is necessary to break the paradigm of the current production model - where attention is paid to producing more, without taking into account environmental efficiency in all phases of the project - so that the goals and priorities of each project are reviewed, making it understand that the pollution launched has great potential to offend ourselves, as we are part of and need natural goods for our livelihood. Thus, it is hoped that this work can lead to the reflection of the deviations originated and the sensitization in the use of nature. Key word: Environment; Pollution; Environmental Impact Assessment.
