Item Otimização das condições de crescimento de fungos degradadores de madeira(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-01-16) Ferreira, Francisca da Silva; Batista, Ieda Hortencio; Ferreira, Amilcar da Silva; Albuquerque, Carlossandro Carvalho de; Silva, Ademir Castro eThis paper concerns to factors that might has influence on growth and ligninolitic activity of Pycnoporus sanguineus (L.:F.) Murr and Trametes sp fungi. Fruit bodies were collected at urban perimeter of municipalitties Manaus and Manacapuru, State of Amazonas, Brazil. To study growth optimal conditions the following parameters were analyzed: pH, temperature and nitrogem sources ((NaNO3 e (NH4)2SO4 on different concentrations). Growth rate avaliation was done through measurement of micelial growth in solid media extract of malte. The results shown the pH 5-6 optimal for both fungi while temperature optima in the range 30-35 °C. Growth in different nitrogen sources didn't shown significative at 95% level of probability. However, absolute values were highiest at 30 mEq/ML concentration of sodium nitrate. This study allows us to move into new research as it was possible to identify the optimum ranges of pH, temperature and nitrogen source for mycelial growth. Keywords: Degrading fungi; wood; Amazon.
