Item O teatro como instrumento de libertação e aprendizagem na comunidade Marajaí, Alvarães – Am(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2020-09-23) Ribeiro, Daniel SiqueiraThe present work was carried out in the Marajaí community, in Alvarães, Amazonas state, Brazil, the result of a project called 1st Scenic Arts Minicourse in Indigenous Village Marajaí, whose objective was to teach classes with theories and body and linguistic exercises aimed at theater and interpretation, in addition to a series of classes that would last for a week, and a final presentation with the entire cast, presented to the local residents. The project included residents of the community itself, aged between fourteen and nineteen, ofboth sexes. During the activities provided for in the schedule, the class would discuss matters of theoretical knowledge about the theater, its origin and influence until the performance on stage, to be evaluated by the instructor. The methodology was guided by the bibliographical survey based on Lakatos (2013), Brandão (2006) and Strass and Corbin (2008), in addition to specific authors from the theater field such as Boal (2008), Demasi, et al (2011), Silva (2015 ) and Spolin (2008). The results obtained were satisfactory, as the students who participated in all classes and the final presentation demonstrated more security of themselves and mastered the art of acting.Item Formas de percepção da natureza na cidade de Parintins nas décadas de 1940 -1950(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2020-09-23) Santos, Alem Silvia Marinho dosThis article discusses the relationship with nature in the city of Parintins in the 1940s-1950s, based on another imperative, marginal orality, showing other forms of perception of environmental changes that occurred, experiences, a history stored only in memories that begin to be unveiled here. The article discusses the forms of relationship between individuals and human groups and the natural environment in theParintins city. The methodology points out the perspectives of Oral History as a way to deepen knowledge about a given reality. The reflections on this panorama emerge through the narratives that are understood in an everyday articulation of man and nature, through the memory ofthe oldest residents of the city. The results achieved demonstrate a city that has undergone complex changes and that still remains in the midst of ruptures and permanence in contemporary societyItem Terras caídas e consequências ambientais: um estudo na encosta fluvial no bairro Santa Clara em Parintins (AM)(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-06-18) Azevedo Filho, João D’Anuzio Menezes de; Carvalho, Rafael dos Anjos; Glória, Sidney AraújoThis research aims to understand the dynamics of erosive processes and its environmental consequences on the river side of the Amazon River, based on the study of the riverbank of Santa Clara district, in the city of Parintins, seat of the homonymous municipality, in the state of Amazonas. In order to reach this objective, direct observations of the phenomenon on the city border were made, trying to comprehend the process that causes lateral erosion. This is only possible with a vast knowledge from the study of literature on the subject. The use of photographic images, measurements and bathymetry on the river bottom helped in this understanding. The results indicate that, in the river slope of the Santa Clara district imminence, the factors that cause the phenomenon of fallen lands are equivalent to those indicated in the literature on the subject, such as hydraulic pressure, base disaggregation and elements of the climate (rain, wind and temperature). The environmental impacts resulting from this are characterized by the collapse of the access road to the place, of trees and even walls, as well as the change in the natural landscape. It is concluded that the natural elements that act in the production of the phenomenon represent the main factors that lead to the collapse in the place of study, associated with the anthropic action and the lack of public investment to minimize the damages caused to the urbanized area and to the people who live or work there. For this, samples of prawn sold in Parintins were acquired and analysed. The minimum capture size was estimated at 7.4 mm, a value which revealed that, on average, 23.2% (±7.14%) of prawns were below the sustainable size. In meetings with fishermen, set - up the size of the networks that were constructed internodes with the minimum capture size. Previous catches, showed an average efficiency of the net in 6.39% (±4.88), this mean that only this proportion of prawns were caught below the minimum stipulated, what characterizes, a number, an average 16.81% lower than that previously obtained. The artisanal fishing is an activity which is transmitted by generations for generations. The implementation of an efficient management project, associated with effective oversight, is critical to maintaining the income of the local population. Keywords: Amazonia, Macrobrachium amazonicum, management, artisanal fishing, natural resources.Item Otimização das condições de crescimento de fungos degradadores de madeira(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-01-16) Ferreira, Francisca da Silva; Batista, Ieda Hortencio; Ferreira, Amilcar da Silva; Albuquerque, Carlossandro Carvalho de; Silva, Ademir Castro eThis paper concerns to factors that might has influence on growth and ligninolitic activity of Pycnoporus sanguineus (L.:F.) Murr and Trametes sp fungi. Fruit bodies were collected at urban perimeter of municipalitties Manaus and Manacapuru, State of Amazonas, Brazil. To study growth optimal conditions the following parameters were analyzed: pH, temperature and nitrogem sources ((NaNO3 e (NH4)2SO4 on different concentrations). Growth rate avaliation was done through measurement of micelial growth in solid media extract of malte. The results shown the pH 5-6 optimal for both fungi while temperature optima in the range 30-35 °C. Growth in different nitrogen sources didn't shown significative at 95% level of probability. However, absolute values were highiest at 30 mEq/ML concentration of sodium nitrate. This study allows us to move into new research as it was possible to identify the optimum ranges of pH, temperature and nitrogen source for mycelial growth. Keywords: Degrading fungi; wood; Amazon.
