The accounting profession is surrounded by devices that enable the professional to conduct in accordance with what is expected socially and professionally due to the burden of responsibility that is deposited on it. The wealth and multidisciplinary knowledge of the profession requires that the professional is willing to be alert to situations that require the technical ability and the ability to solve them in the right and just way possible. There are several aspects that define a good contractual relationship, such as: ethics, responsibility, technical knowledge and a set of skills that allow for mutual satisfaction. Once the accounting is used as a control tool and the professional is seen as support to continue an efficient management, a new reality of the contractual relationship begins. Phase in which the quality of the communication becomes necessary between the accountant and the client so that the transparency, objectivity and efficiency in the transmission of information satisfy the needs of all those involved.
