(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-03-27) Façanha, Larissa da Silva; Florindo, Caio César Ferreira
The present study aims to investigate the feasibility of using TDICs as an educational tool in teaching chemistry in the city of Tefé, Amazonas. It is research lasted two years and was carried out in three distinct stages, as part of the extension activities promoted by the Tefé Campus (CEST-UEA) of the University of State of Amazonas. At each stage, work methodologies were used specific and targeted to achieve the proposed research objectives. We noticed In this study, the interviewed teachers do not use TDICs due to lack of mastery and training. Furthermore, all interviewed teachers disagree that the use of TDICs in the classroom increase interactivity between students and teachers, considering that, in their opinion, the use of TDICs only favors the individualization of teaching. You data obtained are worrying and suggest that the teachers interviewed have a mistaken view on the use of TDICs in the teaching and learning process, since who disagree that its use can increase interactivity between students and teachers. You students positively evaluated the methodology used in this research and stated that the class became more attractive and dynamic. This evaluation highlights the effectiveness of the approach chosen and student engagement during the learning process. In addition Additionally, most students performed satisfactorily on the geometry quiz. molecular, when TDICs were used. Therefore, the use of TDICs in the classroom class can be an effective strategy to break the class routine and spark interest of students in the content covered. This may favor a better understanding deep and interactive knowledge, and teachers must be trained and encouraged to use these technologies to improve the quality of teaching.
