Item Geografia da alimentação a comercialização de Hortifrutis na Feira do Bagaço no Município de Parintins AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-09-28) Guimarães, TrindadeThis article tries to understand the commercialization of hortifrútis in the Fair of the Bagaço in the city of Parintins / AM for understanding that this place is of the oldest in this routine activity. It also seeks to reflect on the price of these foods, which often suffer variation due to contextual geographic location and cultural issues. The scientific support for the foundation of this work was sent by several authors such as: COUTINHO et al (2006), PEREIRA and NASCIMENTO (2012), CASTRO (1984), SANTOS (2012) and others of equal renown who study on Food geography and the distribution of hortifrutis in fairs, whose economic model consolidates the field / city relationship. In this exploratory research, the privileged method was based on a qualitative-quantitative approach, since there is presence of positivism in the results and observation and comparison in the discussion of these. The procedures involved bibliographical research, field work, systematization / contextualization, interviews with marketers, and subsequent analysis and tabulation of the data. The recognition of the reality in question had as main goal the understanding of the geography of the food in a space that is the scene of struggle for survival and lends itself in a relevant social role of food commercialization in the urban zone. Finally, it was also sought to emphasize in the research the interface of senses and other necessary looks for themes in this same line of research.
