Proporção de mulheres com coleta de citopatológico na APS: uma análise do Indicador do Previne Brasil em uma região de saúde do Amazonas

Abstract

Analyze the proportion of women with cytopathological exam collection Previne Brasil program in the four months of 2022 and 2023 in a health region in Amazon. Method: This is a retrospective, descriptive and exploratory study with quantitative approach. Data were extracted from the Care Information System Basic – SISAB, analyzed using simple descriptive statistics and the results presented in the form of graphs and tables. Results: When carrying out an analysis comparative between the municipalities studied, per four months, a general evolution was observed in the performance of values, when comparing the Ǫ1 values ​​of 2022 with the values ​​of the Ǫ2 of 2023, however, when analyzing the 12 municipalities in the region chosen for the study, only 5 reached the target proposed by the Ministry of Health. Conclusion: a assessment by health management to identify possible causes and evaluate remediation measures improvement of each of these municipalities, since each municipality presents its own peculiarities, in addition, a study by the manager of each municipality is necessary on how to apply actions to improve cytopathological examination coverage, resulting in a better performance of Indicator 4 of Previne Brasil and a better quality of the healthcare provided to the population of this region
