Geomorfologia e ecossistema uma análise da vegetação em áreas alagadas do bairro Emílio Moreira em Parintins- AM

Abstract

The relationship between the geomorphology of the channels of a river and the vegetation reflects on the configurations present in the fluvial landscape of the hydrographic basins. Based on this relevance, the work aimed to understand the type of vegetation in the flooded stretch that comprises the Emilio Moreira neighborhood, in the city of Parintins/AM. For data collection, articles, dissertations, public documents and field trips were used. The research studies are of a descriptive and observational nature, where one can find qualitative and/or quantitative descriptions, having as mediation the observation of the spatialities of the area under study. The results of this research revealed that the type of vegetation in the neighborhood tends to disappear from its natural characteristics as a result of misuse and inadequate occupation of the environment, which causes silting up of the canal, compromising the potability of water and the consequent decrease in species.
