Resumo
The impacts of teleworking on learning resulted in challenges experienced not only by
teachers, but also by students in a state school in the municipality of Tefé/AM, so that the damages,
during the process, became visible after the return of classes presential. This discussion is also the
product of field research that aims to make a critical-reflective analysis of telework, its application and
teacher and student preparation in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic in a state school in the
municipality of Tefé. The bibliographic survey was based on Daros (2020), Nascimento et al (2020),
Figueiredo (2008), Joye, Moreira and Rocha (2020), Sampaio and Leite (2010) among others. The
methodology was guided by Chizzotti (2010), Prodanov (2013), Lakatos and Marconi (2017) and Gil
(2002), to support the field research, the techniques and procedures of the investigation work. The
research consisted of 10 students of both sexes, being them 2nd and 3rd year of high school and 02
teachers trained in different areas. The results collected in a descriptive and interpretive way and in
graphics show that at the state school located in Tefé/AM there is a significant index of student harmed with the remote classes offered, in the same way, the teachers were not prepared to use digital
technologies, as well as as they do not have adequate training. In short, it is clear that the challenges
faced during the pandemic limit not only the pedagogical methods that teachers used in the classroom,
but also the meaningful learning of students
