| dc.description.abstract | This research analyzes the material cultural heritage in Tefé, in the state of Amazonas, through an interdisciplinary perspective, putting history, archeology, anthropology and cultural geography in dialogue to understand the nuances that involve the heritage issue in urban contexts. The main objective is to investigate the relationship between material cultural heritage and the city, considering the transformations in the urban space of the city of Tefé and its influence on the built heritage of the city. The urban space of Tefé houses elements of material culture that are expressed in old buildings with historical and social value, which are subject to the dynamics of urban life and existing interests in the city, especially the economic ones. Such interests directly influence the look and actions performed on the built heritage in Tefé. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Esta pesquisa analisa o patrimônio cultural material em Tefé através de uma perspectiva interdisciplinar que une história, arqueologia, antropologia e geografia cultural na busca por compreender as nuances que envolvem a questão patrimonial em contextos urbanos. O principal objetivo é investigar a relação entre o patrimônio cultural material e a cidade, considerando as transformações no espaço urbano da cidade de Tefé/AM e sua influência no patrimônio edificado da cidade. O espaço urbano de Tefé abriga elementos da cultura material que se expressam em construções antigas com valor histórico e social, que estão sujeitas às dinâmicas da vida urbana e interesses, principalmente econômicos, existentes na cidade.
