Design de Interface para aplicativo Medcom: comunicador de busca de medicamentos disponíveis nas farmácias do SUS

Abstract

The work addresses the development of the interface design of the MedCom application, a tool aimed at facilitating access to information on the availability of medicines in pharmacies of the Unified Health System (SUS) in Parintins/AM. Taking into account the difficulties faced by citizens in the search for necessary medicines, the present study aims to create accessible and intuitive interfaces of this application, considering the possible difficulties of user interaction. The theoretical foundation covers concepts of interface design proposed by Ivan Jerônimo (2023), User Experience (UX) by J.J. Garret (2010), and digital accessibility, study by Travis Lowdermilk (2019), highlighting the importance of these areas in the communication of medical information. The research methodology is qualitative and was developed from a case study, with bibliographic readings, data collection through investigation and interviews with potential users, culminating in the creation of the prototype of the interfaces considering the information obtained from the interviewees.
