Uma análise da gestão municipal na preservação do patrimônio arqueológico no município de Manacapuru - AM

Abstract

In this work we describe the Management and Preservation of the Archaeological Heritage in the Municipality of Manacapuru, in which an approach was made on legislation at the international, national and state levels, as well as dealing with local legislation and its public policies in Protection and Preservation to ensure and to safeguard the Archaeological Heritage in said city, dealing with the responsibilities of the Municipal Council for the Defense of the Historic Patrimony of the Municipality, an inspection body that deals with the defense of the historical, artistic, cultural, landscape and environmental heritage of the municipality, as well as the Council of Culture that promotes along with political cultural bodies. The importance of archaeological sites for the preservation of our culture, the participation of the community in the discussion on the subject, and judicial sanctions on environmental degradation are also highlighted.
