Abstract

The retail trade comprises a multitude of products for sale, making it necessary a whole logistics for the organization of one of the most important sectors of this enterprise, the stock, which most often is organized by the owner himself. However, the business can be at the mercy of negative results, such as uncontrolled operational cycle, failures in security, lack or excess of products, disorganization of the storage location and even, serious financial crises, when the entrepreneur does not make the necessary specific investments. in inventory control, since a micro company can hold a large number of sales and many items are sold. Thus, the objective of this article is to ascertain the importance of stock control in microenterprises focused on retail trade, describing how this control can work efficiently, highlighting the tools that should be used for your organization, showing the importance of access to replacement point and the various costs related to the lack of inventory control. The research methodology used was bibliographic, qualitative and quantitative analysis with data collection through field research with the application of a questionnaire, which allowed us to prove the initial idea about the importance of stock control and the risks linked to non-attention appropriate to them.
