Desafios da gestão escolar e os caminhos percorridos durante a pandemia

Abstract

The present study had as a proposal to know the challenges and paths that the school management faced at this delicate moment in education during the pandemic. As objectives, understanding school management, knowing the challenges faced by school management during the pandemic and discuss the challenges of teachers and highlight the role of the director with the pedagogical coordination in relation to the new scenario. The interest in going deeper into this theme was in the practical classes at discipline of Stage I and II of the Pedagogy Course, at the State University of Amazonas – UEA, for the experiences in the curricular internship and in the Program of Teaching Initiation - PIBID and experience in the Literacy Management Program - SEMED and interest in the topic of School Management. The methodology has as a qualitative approach, and bibliographic and documentary research highlighted for Araújo (2002), Dourado (2012), Libâneo (2007) and based on documents legal instruments such as the 1998 Constitution and the LDB. From the study undertaken, it is possible to verify that the challenges were and are being overcome in the context of pandemic to guarantee the right to education. The findings show that the school Manaus, as well as others had to reinvent themselves in the face of scenario presented, students and teachers sought alternatives to continue the teaching and learning process, parents had more than ever to participate of the didactic-pedagogical actions in confluence with the needs of their children, managers had to manage meal distribution, psychological support to teachers, parents and students, manage the school-community relationship in a non- face-to-face, that is, many were the challenges encountered as well as creative alternatives.
