A (re) produção da pequena cidade Boa Vista do Ramos – AM e sua dinâmica econômica

Abstract

This monograph had as its proposal, the main objective of understanding the relationships that produce and reproduce the small town Boa Vista do Ramos - AM, as well as its spatial dynamics, highlighting the factors that shape its regional urban space, as well as its physical structure that characterizes the relationships with other cities and communities around it, and its importance on a local scale for the State of Amazonas. For this, observations will be made about the city, as well as an open interview with two of its first residents, to understand the historical process of the city that fosters the study of it, expanding knowledge about its trajectory and social space. The work is justified by understanding the production of the space itself as a construction that becomes the place of subsistence for the place itself and adjacent places, in the same way, the relations of the small town with other cities and rural communities. The study also aims to analyze the economic relations between them, so that the (re)productions are involved in functions that the small city performs, ranging from its basic services to its dynamics that shape its space, and that due to the strong proximity to the rural tends to be constantly related to the urban. Therefore, the bibliographic survey was essential, as was the field research, analyzing the place, the space itself, using dialectical historical materialism to arrive at the results, understanding the social relations that produce and reproduce the small town of Boa View from Ramos – AM and its spatial dynamics present in it.
