Resumo
The theme of this end-of-course work is Science communication in children's language through TV cartoons. Its aim is to analyze how cartoons contribute to science communication in the early years of elementary school. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach through exploratory research, as well as participant observation. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and the development of science communication activities with 1st grade classes in a public school in Manaus. The relevant results were that science communication in the school context plays an important role in democratizing science teaching, and that the media contribute to the expansion of science in society.
