Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the novel The Savage Detectives (1998), by in the light of Mikhail Bakhtin's ideas, especially regarding the study of voices in the novel and the the voices in the novel and the question of the other-self, and Theordor Adorno, especially to understand the understand the question of the situation of the contemporary novel.
