Resumo
This Course Conclusion Paper - TCC has as its theme: “Democratic Management: Challenges
and perspectives from stage III” brings a survey of what was observed during the period of
supervised internship carried out the year 2019 seeking to make a reflection on democratic
management in schools. The objective was to conceptualize democratic management; reflect
the social role of the school and its implications for the construction of quality teaching teaching
and identify the challenges and perspectives of democratic management through what was
observed in supervised internship III. The research took place in a public school located in the
Central South Zone of Manaus, where supervised internship III was carried out. An approach
known as participatory observation was used, where the notes were made after the internship,
aiming at this, not to embarrass the subjects participating in the research. The school object of
our participatory research, works with the public of special education, in an effective integration
between all participating members of the educational institution. The conclusion is that the
school must always be fighting to guarantee the participatory voice of the community, students
and teachers and especially with the presence of a manager with a democratic profile.
