Abstract

This article aims to discuss and propose well-founded actions and initiatives that can contribute to improving the relationship between public servants and the institution of which they are a part. It is understood that this research can collaborate with the breaking of current paradigms and prejudices over the years in the state of Amazonas. Because of this, it is believed that the diagnosis and assessment of the fragility of this currently existing relationship, aggravated since the last year due to the pandemic scenario we are experiencing, may be an important element of transformation and improvement in the quality of the service provided.
