Resumo
Organizations constantly face internal problems, the most efficient strategy is to identify these
points and address their causes, the company in question operates in the oil and lubricant
distribution segment of the oil company Shell, the survey aims to identify the main point of
improvement of the company, the organization of inventory and item disposition, in addition to
the effective order delivery process, proved to be inefficient compared to what it could be, all
this inconvenience affects the team relationship and reduces the customer satisfaction rate and
the perceived value by customers, through bibliographic research, research in the company, in
addition to the mapping and applied diagnoses of meetings with the company, questions were
raised in relation to its logistical process, it was concluded that the effective improvement of its
organization and delivery process would generate greater internal satisfaction in addition to
better execution of what the company proposes, delivery of your orders.
