Percepção dos enfermeiros quanto às práticas humanizadas no trabalho de parto - revisão integrativa

Abstract

Objective: to identify in the scientific evidence the perception of nurses regarding the good practices in labor and birth care. Method: Integrative literature review with articles published in Portuguese, from 2012 to 2017, in LILACS databases and BDENF. After the results of the searches in the databases, the steps of selection of articles. Results: 617 articles were identified, finally 11 were selected articles that met the objective. Discussion: humanization is a practice of all health professionals to strengthen teamwork. It is noticed that the there are nurses performing their actions based on scientific evidence, contrary to other professionals, performing practices harmful to women. Conclusion: The professionals nurses understand their role and importance in carrying out humanized practices in the childbirth, is fully aware of the benefits for the progression of childbirth and the harm that the use of unnecessary interventions can lead to women's health
