Describe the epidemiology of reported cases of Hepatitis B in the State of Amazonas. Methodology: This is a descriptive and retrospective study of a quantitative nature, developed based on data available in the Disease and Notification Information System (SINAN). 4,642 cases reported in the period from 2010 to 2020 were recorded, being analyzed in the dynamic table format in the Microsoft Office Excel program and subsequently represented in spatial distribution in the QGIS software. In relation to clinical data, the greatest mechanism of infection was sexual (21.6%) and characterized as chronic (79.3%). Most of the laboratory test results available are reactive HBsAg (98.5%) and Anti-HBc IgM not performed (65.4%) or non-reactive (27.7%). In relation to the spatial distribution of notifications, the regions of Manaus, Entorno and Alto Rio Negro, Juruá and Alto Solimões stand out. Conclusion: Hepatitis B presents itself as a health problem in the state, requiring the implementation of strategies for prevention, epidemiological surveillance and investment in scientific research
