Resumo
An individual's motivation in organizations can be changed by environmental factors if
they do not meet the minimum needs that ensure a healthy workplace. Given this, the
present paper aims to analyze how the change in physical arrangement affects job
satisfaction and performance and the effects on internal customer service. The
classification of the research was observational, with a case study conducted in the
Division of Personnel of the Court of Justice of Amazonas, of qualitative and
quantitative nature. To this end, observations were made in the sector and bibliographic
searches related to the subject, having the questionnaire and Google Forms as data
collection instruments. The results show efficacy in the relationship between
environmental factors, causing no dissatisfaction to those who work in the sector, as
well as to those who need the care provided.
