O processo de importação de uma empresa multinacional de manufatura de motocicletas do polo industrial de Manaus

Abstract

This article aims to study the import process of a motorcycle manufacturing company present in the Manaus Industrial Pole, aiming to describe, analyze, and evaluate these procedures. As for the methodology used in this study, it is classified as qualitative and descriptive. As for the means used, it is classified as a field study and a case study. The analysis of the data was made through the desk research and interviews through a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by analyzing the content of the information obtained in the interview. As a result of this study we obtained a description of the process and import activities of the company XYZ. Therefore, after the study there were found possible opportunities for improvement, which may contribute to the optimization of the company's processes as a whole, enabling a more agile process, with better accuracy.
