Resumo
Recent research carried out in Parintins-AM, in the area of archeology, has demonstrated the existence of many archaeological sites, composed of Terra Preta de Índio (TPI), anthropomorphic landscapes, lithic and ceramic fragments (pots of shards, funerary urns, appendices, etc). In this context, human collectives have had contact with such vestiges and formed domestic collections of archaeological artifacts, this was one of the main motivators to catalog the existing collections within the jurisdiction of the municipality of Parintins-AM. Based on these facts, we analyze the relationship that the holders have with these collections. We visited about seven (7) communities in the rural area and two (2) neighborhoods in the urban area, each domestic collection was photographed with the help of a metric scale, number and description of the pieces and the location via GPS. With these data we prepared a descriptive table present in this article.
