Resumo
Violence as a factor that interferes with teaching and learning is a very complex issue,
because if it is not tackled, it will cause irreversible damage to those who have already
suffered from this type of evil, which permeates most schools, however, there are public
policies aimed at for that purpose aiming to fight it. This discussion is also the result of field
research that aims to reflect on the multiple aspects related to violence, in the school context,
and in the actions of public policies that address this phenomenon in order to minimize it. The
bibliographic survey was based on Cortella (2017), Libâneo (2012), Acúrcio (2002), PCN’s
(2000) and LDB (2018), among others. The methodology was guided by Chizzotti (2010),
Lakatos and Marconi (2010), Figueiredo (2008) and Prestes (2019), which served to support
the field research and the techniques and methods of the research work. The sample consisted
of 08 students of both sexes and 01 teacher trained in the Portuguese language area. The
collected data were exposed in a descriptive and interpretative way and through graphics. The
results show that in the State school located in Tefé-AM there is both micro and macro
violence, which causes pain and crying to the soul of those who are insulted and causes
damage to the morals of disrespected students. Therefore, it is clear that family education has
acquired new formats, which are not appreciable, when it refers to inappropriate attitudes
practiced by students, so it is necessary for the school to review its pedagogical activities and
increase the transversal themes on the theme to its teaching program.
