Abstract

The present Notebook of Expanded Abstracts was organized from the submission of academic work by thematic work groups carried out during the I CONGRESS INTERNATIONAL LABOR, TRADE UNION AND SOCIAL RIGHTS: challenges of democracy, work and social rights in a world in transition”, which took place from November 29 to December 2, 2022, mainly at the Convention Center Vascos Vasques, in Manaus/AM. The event, which is part of the activities of the Interinstitutional Doctorate UFMG-UEA (Dinter), based on CAPES Public Call No. 001/2016, in running since 2017, was designed and idealized in its thematic and structural conformation by research group CNPQ Work in Motion - TREM (linked to line 3 of the PPGD in UFMG Law). It was carried out jointly by the Faculty of Law of the UEA and the Faculty of Law at UFMG. The aim was to consolidate ties between the two executing institutions (FD/UFMG and FD/UEA) and the institution partner (FD/UFAM), with the participation of DINTER teachers and students and the Higher Education Institutions and National and Foreign Scientific Entities that profusely collaborated fully with the scope of the project
